 Every person and every business is completely different so we work with you from concept to completion to design a website that effectively promotes your business, products, and ideas. With NeoVetta, there are no surprises - your website will be exactly what you are looking for. We have outlined the steps below to help you better understand the process of designing your website. 1. Consultation The first step is to fill out the following form for a FREE consultation. Tell us a little about what services you are looking for whether it's web design, website redesign, SEO, or programming. Feel free to point us to other websites on the Internet that you like due to color, layout, design, etc.. We will then discuss your options and design ideas with you to get a better picture of what you have in mind. 2. Pick Domain Name The next step is to pick a domain name for your new website and sign-up for a web hosting package. This is a very important step because your domain name is a reflection of you and your business. It is the first thing that customers will see and identify with you. 3. Client Sends Content & Deposit Client emails content. Please include the following: All of your content compiled into sections (i.e. 'Home' page, 'Testimonials' etc.)All personal images you want included. (pictures, logo etc.)The contact information you want displayed.Before work begins, we also require a 50% deposit which is outlined within the proposal. *For your convenience and security we trust  to handle the financial transaction. 4. Design Mock-Up We will then begin designing your new site and present you with a quick mock up of the home page. 5. First Revision You have the opportunity to review the website mock-up and request any revisions that you would like to see. You can request any changes including layout, design, color modifications, font style changes, image placement, etc. Please send in all revision requests as a numbered list. These revisions are discussed with you to clarify that we understand exactly what you would like to see and that the changes are within the scope of your original proposal. You may request any changes to be made to your new website; however, if they stray from the original agreed upon proposal, there may be additional charges that apply. Please include all website changes you would like to see with this first revision request. 6. Second Revision After your requested changes have been made, you will review and confirm that we have completed them to your satisfaction. If the first website revision request was not completed to your satisfaction, you can request a second revision. You can request multiple revisions until you are satisfied with your site, but only two are included at the original quoted price. 7. Site is Completed & Tested We complete your website to your satisfaction and then test your entire site to make sure that all links are working and each page loads properly. 8. Final Payment Once your website is completed to your absolute satisfaction, we will email you a payment request for you to go through PayPal to complete your final payment. 9. Site is Launched Your website is then launched and transferred to your hosting package. We give you all passwords and full access to your administrative panel. 10. Maintenance & Updates All websites require maintenance for success. You want to make sure to regularly add in new fresh content , new functionality, and keep your site up-to-date with the latest technology. Since our websites can contain a popular CMS framework, you will be able to maintain your site on your own. If you are not interested in updating your site, we also provide website maintenance services and would be happy to assist you. |
